		It is the policy of the Judicial Branch of North Carolina to provide a safe and healthy working environment for all employees. The protection of our fellow employees and the public on State property is a responsibility we should all share. If you know of any unsafe or unhealthy condition where you work, inform your hiring authority or supervisor or contact the Safety and Workers' Compensation Consultant in the NCAOC Human Resources Division. As a reminder, if you receive an injury on the job, no matter how slight, report it immediately to your hiring authority or supervisor.
