Political Activities
		Judicial Branch employees are free to inform themselves and vote as they wish on all political issues. You may run for public office and support the candidate of your choice as long as you do not do it on State government time, use State government equipment or supplies, or have a conflict of interest. You may not use your official position to coerce or influence other employees for political purposes. Employees wishing to vote during working hours must use vacation time; time taken to vote during working hours cannot be charged to the Judicial Branch.
