Effective July 1, 2009, the Judicial Branch is required by the NC Retirement System to have all employees complete the ESRR - Employee Status under Retirement Reemployment - form.

By signing this form, you as the employee are stating that you are either receiving or not receiving a monthly benefit from the NC Retirement System.

If you are a rehired/retired employee, it is essential that you read and review the "Return-to-work laws for Teachers' and State Employees' Retirement System retirees." This can be found on Section D of the ESRR form.
