The Judicial Branch has been fortunate to hire and retain well-qualified personnel however, changes in technology and laws cause the need for continuing employee development and training. The North Carolina Administrative Office of the Courts, School of Government (a department of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill), Personnel Development Center (a division of the Office of State Human Resources) and outside experts team up to provide continuing opportunities for individual and organizational development which will enhance the Judicial Branch.
