The mission of the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is to provide confidential, accessible services to employees to restore and strengthen the health and productivity of employees and the workplace. Deer Oaks, the EAP administrator, and the NCAOC seek concrete and practical solutions to employees’ personal, family and workplace problems.

EAP services are available for issues such as: stress management, smoking cessation, depression, child & elder care, legal issues, financial problems, parenting skills, and an assortment of other related topics.
