About These Forms...
		The number of forms and information needed to start a new career can be daunting and time consuming to complete by hand. To help our employees complete this process most of our forms are available as fillable PDF (Portable Document Format) forms. Of the fillable forms, most allow the completed form to be saved to your computer, some do not, depending on the software in which they were created. As you will see, a few of the forms are not fillable, such as the payroll forms. You may, if you choose, complete forms online and then print and sign them. Please provide them to your supervisor or hiring authority. They will forward to Human Resources. Most new employees have found this method preferable to completing each form by hand. Please note that you are not required to complete forms online; you may choose to print the form and complete each one by hand.
